Returns & Cancellation

While we make every effort to ensure each of our products are perfect for you, we are also human.

We take pride in our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

  • Please read the conditions and exclusions below.

    Conditions:

    • Fill and submit the Return Form within 5 (five) business days of receiving your product to initiate a return. If 5 (five) business days have gone by since your purchase was delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

    • The purchaser is responsible for the return shipping charges.

    • Original shipping charges are not refundable.

    • Please send products back in their original form and packaging.

    • We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet these conditions.

    Exceptions

    Please note that some products are NOT eligible for return. These include:

    • Personalized products: Due to the nature of custom orders*, we do not typically accept custom returns unless there is error on your customize tag/label order, situation that we try to avoid sending a photo of the sample previous to start the manufacture of the entire order.

    Any approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. (Restocking fee does not apply if we made an error on your order).

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the status of either the approval or rejection of your return.

    If a refund is requested and approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 2 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process the refund and we are not able to control or monitor this.

    *Custom Order: Any product that you Add Fragrances and/or Customize Tag/Label (Does Not include the Pre-Made “Thank you” Label/Tag)

  • Damaged in Transit

    If your item(s) arrive damaged, please contact us immediately.

    Please keep all products in their original packaging until the claim is settled.

    We will ask you to send photos of the package and damaged items.

    These photos will be required for us to file a claim with the post office or UPS. Please do not throw out the damaged packaging or items until we have confirmed if the shipping carrier will need to pick them up.

    Missing Product(s)

    Catalina’s Dream Corner is not responsible for missing packages and damaged products resulting from errors made by the shipping carrier. However, we will be happy to assist you in filing a claim with the appropriate party.

    • Cancelled custom orders* that have not yet shipped, but have already been started the manufacture process (the time window is 48 hours after your purchase), will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee.

    • The cancellation of orders that are not customized doesn’t have a fee charge.

    • If a Cancellation is requested and approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 2 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process the refund and we are not able to control or monitor this.
