Order Processing

& Shipping

    • Items on our website are available and ready to ship within 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated.

    • We process & ship orders on Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays when the USPS or FedEx is closed. 

    • Orders placed after 3:00pm EST will be processed on the next business day (Mon-Thurs) and then shipped.

    Once you made your purchase, we will send you two emails (look in Spam or Junk folders if you can’t find them in your Inbox):

    1. In the next 24 hours, with the Order Confirmation.

    2. In the next 36 hours, with a photo of the sample according to your personalization. Then, only after agreement and confirmation we will complete the production.

    • Orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx unless otherwise stated.

    • Shipping labels are printed with the address you enter when you place your order. Orders returned to us for an incorrect address will be assessed an additional postage fee so that we can re-ship your order to the correct location.

    • Tracking information, when applicable, will be provided.

    • If you need your order expedited, you can find a shipping option during the checkout process, take in consideration the order processing time.

    Extreme Temperatures

    Soy wax is sensitive to extreme hot or cold temperatures, and we take this into consideration when determining ship dates. Your shipment may be delayed during extreme weather conditions.

  • For those who live near Farmington Hills, MI, we offer a pick-up service. Please choose this option for shipping during check out - this will add FREE local pickup to your cart.
